Legacy RTLS vendors

Radianse is a legacy RTLS vendor and it operates in the 433 MHz frequency. Its products are different from those sold by other vendors. It produces a cheap disposable tag that can be used for tracking patients. Radianse is planning to tap into the need of hospitals and healthcare institutions to track objects.

RF Code has expertise in hybrid RFID that includes both passive and active RFID. RF Code has been operational since 1997 and with its experience in passive RFID; it is well placed to offer scaled solutions. RF Code is focusing on developing a more evolved location-determining algorithm and optimizing the hardware to scale as per the tag and the edge of the network, i.e. the purpose-built routers.

WhereNet has earned a name for itself due to its experience and number of deployments in auto industry, transportation, and the defense market. The Visibility Server Software is a very mature legacy solution and can be used as a development tool set for application development. WhereNet has footprints in markets such as marine terminal, truck yard management, healthcare, fleet rental, etc.
