RFid garners spotlight at National Retail Federation Trade Show

At the National Retail Federation trade show in New York, RFid for supplies transported through warehouses by high-tech systems, forklifts that identify customers and internet instructions for home improvements were featured. The future would include RFid along with biometrics, cell phones and more refined self checkouts. At the trade show many companies demonstrated how RFid is achieving second generation standards to better supply chain automation and overall visibility and effectiveness. Many of the kiosks showed how RFid would work through the supply chain.
